I finished the majority of clear lacquer coats on the guitars about 2 weeks ago, and they are looking great. I started polishing the guitars earlier this week and decided that a couple more coats was in order. They will take a few more days to harden up again and i will get back to leveling the surface with 1200 polishing paper as well as the full buffing routine. Cant wait to set these guitars up and play them!! Unfortunately for my patience the longer you let the lacquer setup the better it looks in the end. Torture.
