Fall archtop guitar projects- next MEGA post!!!

Things are full throttle here at the shop with 6 guitars in the paint process, and another 5 in late construction phase. Wow lots of amazing instrument projects taking shape. Huge productive days between the three of us. We are snapping pics at every chance, not much time to sort… I kind of have to just splash them up here. But still fun to post them nonetheless.

The early fall projects are curing for the most part, some of the satin coat guitars are ready to set up. The lacquer always takes ages to finish and cure up, but always looks so great in the end. Its always a bit of a tortuous wait but that’s just the way of it in guitar making. Cant wait to play these!!!:-)

Gilad Hekselman asked me to develop a removable neck archtop for the touring guys who fly a lot, and there’s a bunch of shots of the two prototypes for that coming together. Really stoked about that- more info coming soon…
